Job summary

T12 Technologies, LLC is seeking an on-site System Administrator to manage both on-premises and cloud systems at the Waldorf, Maryland office. You will support Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud workloads in 365, Azure, and AWS while providing Tier 1–2 end-user support in a small-team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of system administration experience across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Experience administering AWS and Microsoft environments, including 365/Azure AD and hybrid identities.
• U.S. citizenship eligibility for security clearance preferred; federal/healthcare client exposure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• AWS cloud administration: manage EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, and CloudWatch.
• Microsoft environment management: administer 365, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and AD groups.
• Endpoint & device management: enforce device compliance, configure Intune, onboard/offboard users and hardware.
• System monitoring and availability: monitor health, respond to alerts, meet SLA commitments.
• Patching, backups, and DR testing across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Security and compliance: enforce access controls and baselines per client standards.
• Automation and scripting: develop PowerShell/Bash scripts for recurring tasks.
• Documentation: maintain runbooks, diagrams, and asset inventories.
