Job summary

Fusion Technology, located in Clarksburg, WV, is seeking a security-cleared systems administrator to support the DoW ABIS 24x7 Operations Team on-site. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and the ability to obtain Security+ and DoD 8570 certifications within 6 months.

AWS experience is preferred along with Linux/Windows troubleshooting skills. The candidate will manage servers, security administration, PKI, and Identity Management, coordinating with Tier 3 as needed.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Must be able to obtain Security+ and DoD 8570 certifications within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with AWS is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot networking, Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide Systems Administration support for the DoW ABIS 24x7 Operations Team.
• Remote troubleshooting of servers, security administration, maintenance, and network management.
• Work with Linux and Windows based products, familiarity with AWS processes/services, Identity Management, Ansible, PKI, and server configuration.
• Open trouble tickets, collaborate with tier three support, and coordinate with development teams.
• Provide technical support for software issues encountered by users and update system documentation.
• Perform systems performance monitoring, patching, backups, and overall system availability.
