Job summary

Leidos Inc. seeks a Site Operations, Junior System Administrator in Clarksburg, WV to provide 24x7 DoD ABIS support. Responsibilities include Linux/Windows administration, AWS services, and PKI management, with a focus on security, backups, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and 1+ years related experience.
• Able to troubleshoot networking, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
• Fully proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one within hire date.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a shift-work environment as required.
• Open trouble tickets and collaborate to resolve network, software, and hardware issues.
• Perform system administration, maintenance, documentation, and reporting with customer interaction.
• Coordinate with external teams and development to resolve elevated trouble tickets.
• Provide technical support for software issues and manage client OS configurations.
• Monitor systems for security and usability concerns; verify backups and perform system upgrades.
• Respond to and resolve help desk requests; maintain system documentation and perform patching.
