Job summary

COLORADO PROFESSIONAL RESOURCES, LLC is seeking a System Engineer for an on-site role at Schriever SFB in Colorado Springs, CO. You will design, implement, and maintain complex defense and space systems, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.

Your responsibilities include system configuration, integration, administration, health monitoring, and issue resolution, along with documentation, security compliance, and continuous architecture improvements in a high-security environment.

Qualifications

• Strong systems engineering skills including requirements analysis, system integration, and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in systems design with experience in secure, scalable architectures.
• Hands-on system administration experience with operating systems, networks, and configuration management tools.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and technical support abilities for mission-critical environments.
• Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain and maintain one, as required by contract and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of defense or aerospace systems and secure networking is beneficial.
• Effective communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-security, on-site setting.
• Secret clearance required with ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Self-motivated and capable of supporting multiple groups of developers, engineers, and testers
