Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Space Network / Communications Systems Engineer to work onsite at Schriever SFB, near Colorado Springs, CO for our Front Range Operations and Sustainment Team (FROST) program. You will liaise with NRO and SCN, providing real-time on-orbit support and system integration across space and ground segments.

Responsibilities include developing system requirements, end-to-end system development, and communicating status through briefs to government.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years’ experience or master’s with 3 years’ experience or HS diploma with 9 years’ experience.
• Systems engineering experience and understanding of SE principles.
• Familiar with Agile development and satellite operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop systems requirements with Space Systems and leadership and provide SE solutions.
• End-to-end system development and documentation.
• Assist planning and tasking; modernize space and ground systems.
