Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a field-based installer responsible for on-site installation, testing, and quality checks of surgical light suspensions, booms, and video integration systems. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines.

The role requires up to 100% overnight travel; travel, lodging and meals are paid per policy. Experience in telecom/video installations and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years related technical experience in telecom, video/audio system installation, electrical/construction, medical device.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Confirms site readiness and inventory of installable equipment.
• Installs surgical light suspensions, booms, video systems and cabling.
• Programs, tests, and inspects video sources per design specs.
• Documents installation tasks and maintains records.
• Coordinates travel and manages daily installation schedule.
