Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years of client/customer service experience.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to advise live on calls using multiple resources.
• Familiarity with web-based applications.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic project management for high-volume client requests.
• Willingness to work overtime during Fall/Winter enrollment seasons.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to client employees with inquiries about spending accounts, COBRA services/coverage and systems access/navigation.
• Establishes intra- and interdepartmental relationships to prioritize needs and communicate status.
• Determines scope of customer requirements to respond to inbound inquiries; troubleshoot and resolve questions.
• Gathers data, evaluates options, and recommends actions to achieve customer objectives.
• Demonstrates ownership of cases and minimizes aging items.
• Maintains high inbound call availability to support customers.
• De-escalates and resolves challenging cases with effective problem-solving.
• Follows through to ensure prompt resolution and minimize open items.
• Delivers exceptional customer service in verbal and written interactions.
• Supports back-office/compliance items such as HSA Identity Verification.
