Paylocity is seeking a Support Specialist I for its Schaumburg, IL office. This is a 100% in-office role with no remote option.

You will serve as the front-line resource for employees using Spending Accounts and COBRA services, handling inbound calls and emails with a focus on accurate, timely resolutions. You will work to maintain high service levels, document inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years of client/customer service experience required.
• Moderate computer skills with ability to use multiple resources while advising live on calls.
• Familiarity with web-based applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic project management abilities for high-volume client requests.

Responsabilidades

• Provide front-line support to employees on Spending Accounts and COBRA questions.
• Prioritize and resolve client requests from inbound calls or email queues.
• Collaborate across teams to communicate status and timelines.
• Gather data, evaluate options, and recommend actions to resolve issues.
• Maintain high inbound call availability and ownership of cases.
• De-escalate challenging cases and ensure prompt resolutions.
