Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to act as the primary liaison among Production, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, Engineering, and Quality to resolve material-related issues impacting manufacturing.

You will proactively identify shortages and risks, coordinate cross-functional efforts to drive timely resolution, and support production schedules and commitments. The role requires on-site presence five days a week, with strong ERP and Excel skills, and a track

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years in supply chain, materials planning, purchasing, or related manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work on-site five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily production meetings and represent Supply Chain regarding material availability and schedule risks.
• Serve as primary contact between Production, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Quality for material concerns.
• Monitor operations to identify supply chain issues affecting schedules.
• Investigate shortages, discrepancies, missing components, and transaction errors.
• Coordinate corrective actions to restore material availability and maintain flow.
• Track and report open supply chain issues with timely actions.
• Escalate material risks and constraints to management when needed.
• Assist buyers and planners by communicating priorities and expediting materials.
• Support inventory accuracy initiatives and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate records of shortages, actions, and resolutions.
• Generate reports on material availability and shortages.
• Participate in continuous improvement to reduce disruptions.
