Job summary

You will supervise day-to-day activities, coordinate priorities, and maintain safety and compliance across the team. Ideal candidates bring prior supervisory or lead experience in supply, tool control, or depot operations, with a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Lead in supply, material control, tool control, logistics, or depot operations.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision, oversight, and direction of contract personnel.
• Monitor staffing levels to meet Manning requirements and assign tasks accordingly.
• Coordinate workload priorities and personnel assignments to support mission requirements.
• Address operational issues and provide guidance to contract personnel as needed.
• Maintain tool-control procedures and TMDE accountability and reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between contract personnel and Government supervision and management.
