Job summary

SierTeK Ltd. is seeking an On-Site Supervisor to support a Hill AFB, UT program. The role is full-time day shift, with responsibilities including supervision of contract personnel, staffing alignment, and task assignment based on qualifications and training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Lead in supply, material control, tool control, logistics or depot operations.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with contractor personnel, Government representatives, and management.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and strict accountability of tools, equipment, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision, oversight, and direction of contract personnel.
• Monitor staffing levels to meet or exceed requirements.
• Assign tasks based on skills, training, and certifications.
• Ensure personnel are trained and certified to perform duties.
• Coordinate workload priorities to support mission requirements.
