Job summary

SierTeK Ltd is seeking an On-Site Supervisor to lead and oversee contract personnel at Hill AFB, UT on a swing shift. The role focuses on staffing, task assignment, training, and ensuring compliance with Air Force and site procedures.

The candidate will manage tool-issue centers, TMDE, and tool-control activities while coordinating with Government representatives to meet mission requirements and maintain safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or lead experience in supply, logistics, or depot ops.
• High School Diploma or GED; ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate staffing and task assignments with Government counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision and direction of contract personnel.
• Monitor staffing to meet or exceed manning requirements.
• Assign tasks based on skills, training, and certifications.
• Ensure personnel are trained and certified for duties.
• Coordinate workload priorities to support mission requirements.
• Report accidents and incidents per procedures.
• Maintain communication with Government representatives.
• Attend meetings and relay information to staff.
• Promote a safe, productive work environment.
