Job summary

SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Lead Supply Technician/Lead Material Support Technician (Swing Shift) to support depot-level material control and supply operations at Hill AFB, UT.

The role requires supervising contractor personnel, coordinating with Government representatives, and ensuring proper tool control, TMDE management, and compliance with Air Force regulations. The candidate will lead daily tool issue center operations, manage inventories, ensure training and certifications, and maintain

Qualifications

• Lead or supervisory experience in supply, material control, or depot operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Ability to work with contractor personnel and Government staff.
• Maintain accurate records and strict tool/equipment/material accountability.
• Lead and coordinate a team independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee contractor personnel performing depot material control, supply, and tool-support functions.
• Assign and distribute work based on qualifications, training, and certification requirements.
• Ensure personnel have training and certifications to perform duties safely and effectively.
• Monitor performance and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate daily activities with site supervisor and Government representatives.
• Serve as a point of contact interfacing with Government supervision and management.
• Attend required meetings and provide status updates on tool control and material support.
