Job summary

SierTeK Ltd. at Hill AFB, Utah, seeks an On-Site Supervisor to lead contract personnel, ensure staffing meets requirements, and assign tasks based on skills, training, and certifications. You’ll ensure proper staffing, provide guidance, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating workloads, supervising tool issue centers, TMDE management, and tool-control procedures. You will liaise with Government reps and attend meetings to support mission needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Lead in supply, material control, tool control, logistics, or depot operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision, leadership, and direction of contract personnel.
• Monitor staffing levels to meet or exceed manning requirements and assign tasks by skill and training.
• Ensure personnel are trained and certified to perform duties and maintain compliance.
• Coordinate workload priorities and assignments to support mission requirements.
• Attend required meetings and communicate information to contract personnel and Government representatives.
• Maintain tool-issue centers, TMDE management, and tool-control procedures to prevent FOD.
• Track tools and equipment, generate reports, and coordinate deliveries to DRMO as needed.
• Report accidents and incidents following applicable procedures and liaise with Government representatives.
