Role Description

The On Site Supervisor is a full-time role based on-site in Lexington, KY. This position oversees day-to-day operations, ensures staffing levels meet client requirements, and coordinates work assignments for team members. The On Site Supervisor monitors productivity, safety, and adherence to policies, and addresses issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
