Synergy Construction Group is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on Chicagoland projects. You will drive safety, scheduling, and quality while coordinating with owners, architects, inspectors, and trades on multi-family, commercial, and redevelopment work.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in construction with at least 5 years as a Superintendent, strong leadership, and solid scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction with senior-level supervision experience.
• Proven success leading ground-up or multi-unit projects.
• Strong leadership with subcontractors and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations, inspections, and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain project schedules through proactive planning and problem solving.
• Ensure materials and equipment are on-site when needed.
• Foster collaboration between owners, architects, inspectors, and trades.
• Run site walks, meetings, and check-ins that keep everyone aligned.
• Mentor field staff and hold teams accountable with respect.
• Enforce safety expectations and keep the jobsite compliant.
