VELUX Group is seeking an Assembly Operative to perform repetitive assembly tasks for sun tunnel components on an on-site production line in Sparks, NV. You will follow detailed job instructions to assemble parts, inspect quality, and maintain safety standards throughout the shift.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfort with a fast-paced environment. Overtime and weekend work may be required in this manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a production environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble finished product by installing components per job instructions.
• Pull insert onto line, attach kits, add collar/pivot, secure flashing, install dome.
• Perform inspections to meet production quality and safety standards.
• Maintain 5S practices and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with the team and follow supervision directions.
