Qualifications

• Basic math skills: add/subtract/multiply/divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to read and understand shop orders, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to operate machinery in various departments.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to produce parts per specifications and documented procedures.
• Support Assembly Department with quality-focused workmanship and timely output.
• Maintain clean and organized work area; document clock-in/clock-out and process records.
• Communicate with supervisor and teammates about material or mechanical issues; work overtime when needed.
