Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/BA in the listed fields with a cumulative GPA at or above 3.0.
• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum internship or work experience.
• Willing to be mobile and relocate anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-week summer internship with assignments in Lean Production, Planning Strategy, Operational Excellence, Ergonomics & Safety, Sourcing/Procurement, Material Handling, and more.
• Learn from senior leaders and receive leadership training while contributing to real projects.
• Possible pathway to the Accelerated Development Program for Operations or direct hire opportunities.
