Job summary

Trane Technologies offers a 12-week summer internship for students pursuing a BS/BA in engineering or supply chain disciplines. The program provides challenging assignments in Lean Production, planning strategy, and operational excellence, plus leadership exposure and networking with senior leaders.

In addition to hands-on experience, interns may interview for a full-time Accelerated Development Program or direct hire opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/BA in listed fields with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• U.S. citizen or able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• At least one internship or work experience.
• Willing to relocate anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• SupportLean Production, Planning Strategy, and Operational Excellence projects.
• Engage with senior leaders and gain exposure to multiple functions.
• Participate in assignments across sourcing, material handling and productivity tracking.
