Trane Technologies invites undergraduates to join a 12-week summer internship program designed to expose students to Lean Production, Planning Strategy, Operational Excellence, Ergonomics & Safety, Sourcing/Procurement Cycle, Material Handling, SIOP and Productivity Tracking.

Through this program, participants can interview for our full-time post-graduate Accelerated Development Program for Operations or direct hire opportunities, with relocation flexibility across the United States and a GPA of

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Applied Science Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business with Supply Chain Emphasis, or Supply Chain Management with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0.
• Minimum internship or work experience required.
• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated leadership in campus, sports, or work projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Lean Production, Planning Strategy, and Operational Excellence projects during the 12-week program.
• Support Ergonomics, Safety, Sourcing/Procurement, Material Handling, and Sales Inventory processes.
• Engage with senior leaders and participate in leadership training and networking.
• Potential to interview for full-time Accelerated Development Program for Operations or direct hire.
