Qualifications

• Ability to lead negotiations and finalize subcontract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead formation and award of subcontracts, including small-value contracts.
• Prepare bid packages, evaluate bids, and issue subcontract documents.
• Monitor subcontract performance, forecast and report progress.
• Coordinate meetings and communications among Bechtel, customers, and contractors.
