Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, form, administer, and close-out large, moderately complex subcontracts.
• Develop bidder lists and bid solicitation packages; evaluate bids.
• Negotiate and manage contract changes; prepare meeting notes and reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontracts personnel and suppliers.
