• Read blueprints, BOMs, and shop drawings.
• Lay out structural components and ensure proper alignment.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials to required dimensions.
• Perform fit-up and welding to meet tolerances and codes.
• Assemble frames, skids, and modular components with jigs and fixtures.
• Verify dimensions and squareness before and after welding.
• Follow safety policies and maintain clean work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to meet production goals.
