bdtronic Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Specialist in Broken Arrow, OK to ensure on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective machines and components. You will source goods, prepare orders, and manage supplier relationships that impact margins.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field or equivalent experience, proficiency with ERP and accounting tools, and strong organizational and communication skills. On-site work and a 0–10% travel expectation are noted, with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in procurement, contracting, accounts payable, or financial management preferred.
• Strong computer skills across ERP, accounting, database, and PM software.
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Source goods and services at best quality and price with timely delivery.
• Prepare purchase orders, solicit bids and compare against budget and policy.
• Research and evaluate suppliers on price, quality, reliability, and reputation.
• Negotiate and monitor supplier contracts and performance.
• Write and review product specifications to build technical knowledge.
• Track deliveries, resolve late/missing shipments, and verify invoices.
• Maintain purchasing records, cost data, and supplier lists.
• Monitor procurement laws and duties affecting freight.
