Continental Manufacturing seeks a Controller to oversee all financial management and reporting for the company. Based on-site in Iowa (hybrid considered for the right candidate), you will report to the President and supervise the Accounting Specialist and HR Manager, while backing up payroll processing.

You will lead GAAP-compliant financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and internal controls, partnering with executives to drive strategic plans and financial health.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• At least 7 years of financial management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role in manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and compliance.

Mansioni

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under GAAP.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop internal controls to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with executives on strategic financial plans.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors.
• Oversee treasury functions: cash and debt management.
