Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing finance department.
• Proven experience leading a team and managing the company’s financial operations.
• Expert knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and cost accounting.
• Strong ERP experience and ability to optimize financial processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to improve performance and cash flow.
• Manage ERP systems to support financial operations and data integrity.
