Job summary

Fresenius Kabi North America is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to research, implement, communicate and administer compensation and benefit programs. The role supports engagement and market competitiveness and works with HR partners to align plans with business objectives.

The position requires on-site work in Lake Zurich, IL, 3+ days per week, with base salary in the mid-$80k range and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 1+ years of benefits administration experience with 1 year of human resource experience.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Workday or other cloud-based HRIS experience is a plus.
• Working toward CCP Or CBP certification preferred, but not required.
• English is the primary business language and must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and market analysis of compensation and benefit programs and services.
• Act as front-line responder to compensation, benefits, and LOA questions or issues from employees and HR partners.
• Audit and maintain current and historical compensation, benefits, and LOA data in HRIS and program files.
• Work closely with vendors in addressing and resolving issues.
• Perform other compensation, benefits, and LOA duties, tasks and projects, as assigned.
