Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience required, store manager experience preferred.
• Sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budgeting, and loss prevention.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, training, and development.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Exceptional teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate an environment focused on delivering exceptional consumer experiences at the retail store level.
• Translate the Carhartt story through consumer experience programs, Visual Merchandising, and Visual Standards.
• Lead Associate Engagement by fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Develop, train, and coach leaders and associates using performance tools for growth.
• Analyze local market trends, data, product mix, and competition to inform decisions.
• Develop and execute revenue-building strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure store controls, policies, and profitability.
• Foster external partnerships to benefit the store and brand awareness.
• Engage with the local community and organize events to grow brand visibility.
• Implement recruitment strategies to maintain year-round staffing levels.
• Utilize talent identification to build a strong internal bench and succession paths.
