Froedtert Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor at our West Bend facility. The role oversees decontamination, packaging, sterilization and the return of reprocessed supplies to support quality patient care on the assigned shift.

You will ensure staff follow policies and regulatory standards, manage personnel on shift, and maintain records to meet quality and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospital Sterile Processing Department experience.
• Leadership experience in healthcare settings (lead/charge tech, educator, or trainer).
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required within 18 months of employment.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; Central Service internship/training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the sterile processing shift and department.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and clinical standards for sterilization, decontamination, packaging and return of reprocessed supplies.
• Maintain staff competency, records, and training per policies.
