Job summary

Bellin Health in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and supervise staff in the Sterile Processing Department. The responsibilities include picking surgical cases, processing contaminated and sterile instrumentation, maintaining a safe environment, and coordinating instrument recommendations and availability.

Work schedule is 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited surgical technician program or central service program preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sterile Processing required.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

This position manage day to day operations and supervision of staff in the Sterile Processing Department.

Responsible for picking surgical cases and processing contaminated, clean, and sterile instrumentation. Maintains a safe environment, manages telephone calls, coordinates manufacturer’s instrument recommendations and instrumentation availability.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of accredited surgical technician program or central service program preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sterile Processing required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
