Qualifications

• Entry level position for new graduates with a Bachelor's degree in engineering in an ABET-accredited program.
• Passing the Fundamentals of Engineering examination is encouraged for future PE licensure.
• Alternate paths: non-ABET degree with Master’s/PhD or Engineering Technology degree with PE license.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to Transmission Field Services for commissioning and verification of planned and unplanned work on the transmission grid.
• Review upcoming system outages for applicable configuration changes.
• Review engineering drawings and project information to ensure as-built system condition matches records.
• Perform root cause analysis on identified discrepancies to identify process improvements.
• Coordinate activities and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
