Qualifications

This is an experienced hire role and you’ll bring recruiting or HR experience.
Computer proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills are required.
Knowledge of general staffing HR duties is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter with drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

Serve as main client contact and partner to develop staffing solutions.
Analyze hiring needs and create client-specific recruiting plans.
Support HR representatives, supervisors or temp employees with staffing needs and meetings.
Build relationships with HR reps, supervisors and temps to provide excellent service.
Document all candidate communications in the operational software system.
Create and maintain reports tracking weekly metrics, orders, fill time, turnover, headcount and KPIs.
May coach and mentor on-site team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
