Restoration Network, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This hands-on role will manage the general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close, providing leadership with timely financial insights.

Based in Maple Grove, Minnesota, this in-person position requires 3–5+ years of accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel. A locally owned company with growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience with general ledger, month-end close, and reconciliations.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day general ledger activity.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare and post journal entries; assist month-end close.
• Produce financial reports for management and ownership.
• Monitor job costs and assist with forecasting.
