Job summary

BRPH is seeking an On-site SSHO to support a confidential project. You will implement the on-site safety program, enforce OSHA standards, and work with the HSE team to maintain a safe, incident-free site.

Responsibilities include conducting safety walkthroughs, training, hazard analysis, incident investigations, and coordination with the client. A US citizen with OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and OSHA 30 certification required.
• Minimum of five years as an on-site SSHO.
• First Aid/CPR certification and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site safety continuously with walkthroughs and assessments.
• Coach and lead a safety-focused culture on the project site.
• Prepare Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA) per OSHA requirements.
• Prepare and update job hazard analyses and checklists.
• Maintain MSDS library and chemical inventory with labeling.
• Keep HSE reports, permits, and documents up to date.
• Communicate with Client Site Representative and attend safety meetings.
• Investigate accidents/near misses and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Lead safety inductions and track site-specific trainings.
