Sheakley Workforce Staffing seeks a Site Safety & Health Officer to provide full-time, on-site safety oversight for a federal rooftop HVAC project in Philadelphia, PA. You will implement the approved Accident Prevention Plan and AHAs, conduct daily inspections, and manage corrective actions to closure.

The role requires EM 385-1-1 training with 5 years SSHO experience, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR/AED, and experience with APPs/AHAs and occupied-facility safety.

Qualifications

• Current EM 385-1-1 training with 5 years SSHO experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED.
• Federal/NAVFAC/USACE project experience.
• HVAC and rooftop work experience.
• Fall-protection experience.
• Electrical and equipment-lift safety experience.
• Occupied-facility experience.
• Experience with APPs, AHAs, and federal safety programs.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the full-time on-site Site Safety & Health Officer for project activities.
• Implement and administer the Government-accepted Accident Prevention Plan.
• Develop, review, implement, and maintain Activity Hazard Analyses as required.
• Conduct and document daily jobsite safety inspections.
• Identify unsafe conditions and practices and track corrective actions through resolution.
• Coordinate safety requirements for rooftop access and fall protection.
• Monitor rigging, lifting, electrical, HVAC, roofing, demolition, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain incident, training, orientation, chemical/SDS, and high-hazard-activity records.
• Support compliance with EM 385-1-1 and applicable federal project safety requirements.
• Coordinate safety activities with project supervision, contractors, and field personnel
