The Program Manager will serve as FRA's single point of contact and overall leader for execution of the Mission Delta 31 (MD 31) Training Support task order, awarded under the U.S. Space Force's STORMS IDIQ contract vehicle. This individual will provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for a task order team supporting training administration, curriculum development, and program surge activities across MD 31's Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT), Satellite Control Network (SCN), Cyberspace, and Intelligence units at Schriever Space Force Base and Peterson Space Force Base.
The Program Manager is accountable for contract performance, deliverable quality, and customer satisfaction while maintaining close coordination with U.S. Space Force leadership.
