Job summary

C-TEC Solar, LLC in Bloomfield, CT is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M). This role coordinates daily service operations for commercial and industrial solar clients, bridging field technicians, asset managers, and clients to ensure peak performance and timely responses.

You will manage dispatch, onboarding, and estimates, with exposure to CMMS, solar monitoring platforms, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on commercial solar field experience.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated project management experience tracking deliverables and timelines.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience with CMMS and solar monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatch of field technicians for PM and CM tickets across the C&I portfolio; manage dispatch reporting and time-to-dispatch metrics.
• Act as primary point of contact for C&I client relations; provide updates on system status and service schedules.
• Lead onboarding of new C&I client portfolios into O&M systems and review contract terms.
• Draft accurate C&I SOWs and repair estimates; collaborate with clients and managers.
• Source replacement equipment when direct swap-out is not possible.
• Generate and distribute O&M performance reports; maintain computerized service logs and warranties.
