Momentum Solar is hiring an Operations & Maintenance Technician in Connecticut to join our service department. You will diagnose, monitor, and maintain residential solar systems, including on-roof work when needed, ensuring safety and reliability for customers.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of solar experience, familiarity with Enphase, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role may require weekend work and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of solar experience required.
• Enphase experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Installs and monitors performance of electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement.
• Assists with roof work and installations.
• Repairs and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using tools.
• Maintains solar photovoltaic systems.
• Ensures safe, efficient operation and supports continuous safety improvements.
