SOLV Energy is looking for a Solar Field Service Technician (Level 1) in Lemoore, California. The role involves performing field maintenance and adhering to safety practices in the solar industry. Responsibilities include servicing solar equipment, performing routine maintenance, and preparing accurate reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent, Vocational/Technical School training a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a mechanical/electrical environment achieved through formal training or previous work experience.
• Ability to identify and perform effective Lock Out/Tag Out of energized parts/systems.
• Obtain NFPA 70e Safety Training certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform field maintenance and learn safe work practices of the solar industry.
• Service solar equipment in multiple solar plants under supervision.
• Prepare accurate documentation and required reports of work performed.

Skills

Mechanical/electrical environment understanding

Basic computer operation skills
