Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a SOC Security Analyst to support RSOC/GSOC operations across client sites in the region. You will monitor security systems, respond to incidents, and provide timely reports to the Shift Manager while ensuring safety of people and assets.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of security operations experience, proficiency with IT tools, and a commitment to high-standard customer service in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of security operations experience or equivalent in a Global Security, Command, or 24x7 operations center.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by enforcing safety and security procedures and responding to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Patrol and monitor client sites; execute standard operating procedures in RSOC/GSOC.
• Monitor security systems and coordinate actions for incidents and alarms.
• Prepare reports for the SOC Shift Manager and GPS management on a periodic basis.
