Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a motivated SOC Operator to join our Security Operations Center on-site in the Framingham, MA area. The role focuses on monitoring security systems, analyzing threats, and coordinating incident response to protect client assets.

The ideal candidate has cybersecurity experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work across multiple security platforms in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site position with a 7:00 AM–3:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong background in cybersecurity, information security, or SOC environments.
• High level of technical proficiency with computer systems and enterprise software.
• Experience with CCTV platforms, access control, alarm monitoring, or security management software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise security systems including access control, intrusion detection, alarms and CCTV.
• Identify and escalate potential cybersecurity events or suspicious network activity.
• Respond to security incidents and coordinate with IT and emergency responders as needed.
