• Lead the SOC function: establish reliable procedures and ensure local operators and contracted personnel can execute them.
• Coordinate with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and site partners to resolve gaps in systems, processes, documentation, training, and escalation that affect monitoring and response.
