Qualifications

• Active North Carolina NCDPI Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• ECATS experience is required.
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with SLP-CCC credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and complete assessment reports.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCCs) for full-time, school-based contract positionsin Thomasville, North Carolina.

These opportunities provide the chance to work with students across PreK and Grades 412(caseload of approximately 3540 students)while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive educational setting. Candidates must be comfortable managing school-based caseloads, participating in IEP processes, and utilizing district documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and complete comprehensive assessment reports
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Manage and support caseloads across assigned school sites and grade levels
• Utilize ECATS and Infinite Campus systems for documentation, scheduling, and reporting
• Provide consultative services and classroom-based support as needed
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and student needs
• Ensure compliance with state, district, and federal special education guidelines

Qualifications

• ECATS experience required
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• SLP-CCC required
• No Clinical Fellows (CFs) or SLPAs at this time
