Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site training to a small group of clients per individual service plans.
• Facilitate task modifications to accommodate client abilities and group workflows.
• Supervise and support clients during shifts to promote independence and skill development.
• Foster positive communication between clients and GSE site staff.
• Model appropriate work behaviors and expectations for the group.
• Assist clients with job tasks to maintain continuity of work and training opportunities.
