Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Manage and direct daily site operations, including labor, equipment, and material deployment.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Monitor project progress against the schedule and address delays promptly.
• Ensure quality control measures are followed by site personnel and subcontractors.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve site challenges.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs and material delivery confirmations.
• Control site resources to optimize efficiency and protect personnel and materials.
