The Settlement Manager role sits in our finance team and owns the show’s financial lifecycle—from contracts and revenue tracking to final settlements and back-up documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years’ related experience in live event settlement or contract review.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe; strong ability to read and interpret ticket audits.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to interpret the needs of artists, tours, promoters, production managers, and venue reps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site show settlements for high volume of shows.
• Daily communication with local and national booking teams and Production Managers to ensure accuracy in terms and financials.
• Review artist and building venue contracts.
• Compile show expenses from Production Manager, vendors, building, artist and marketing teams.
• Work with accounting to close out each show.
• Keep up-to-date accurate records for all shows.
• Regional travel as necessary.
• Various projects as needed.
