Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years’ related experience in live event settlement, contract review, or similar.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Adobe or equivalent tools.
• Ability to read and interpret ticket audits and contracts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities; able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site show settlements for a high volume of shows across clubs, venues, arenas, and festivals.
• Maintain daily communication with local and national booking teams and Production Managers to ensure accuracy of deal terms and financials.
• Review Artist and building Venue contracts and recaps.
• Compile show expenses from Production Manager, vendors, and teams.
• Collaborate with accounting to close out each show and record all revenue/expenses.
