Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Philadelphia is seeking a Settlement Manager to own the show documentation and financial completion across high-volume tours. You will manage revenue, expenses, payment advances, and final payments, coordinating with artists, venues, and promoters.

The role requires strong Excel, Word and Adobe skills, plus contract review experience and excellent communication and organizational abilities; weekend and late-night work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of related live event settlement, contract review, or similar.
• Must be able to read and interpret ticket audits.
• 2+ years of contract review experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site show settlements for high-volume shows.
• Daily communication with booking teams and Production Managers.
• Review artist and venue contracts.
• Compile show expenses from multiple sources.
• Work with accounting to close out each show.
• Maintain up-to-date records for all shows.
• Regional travel as necessary.
• Handle various projects as needed.
