Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, comprising Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. This role focuses on coordinating event details with production crews, securing passes, and supervising production staff to ensure smooth shows across venues.

Strong background in tour and stage production, lighting and audio systems is required, with excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

3 years minimum tour and stage production experience.
Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to make clear concise decisions, sometimes with limited information.
Computer literate in Windows applications.
Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Communicate the details of the evening’s event to production crew and in-house departments.
Secure required passes and tickets and prepare guest lists.
Manage members of the Production crew and Greenroom staff.
Ensure Band(s) have required items needed to perform the show(s).
Supervise load-in and load-out of band and rental equipment.
Document disciplinary issues of production crew and report actions to Production Manager.
Enforce in-house policies regarding staging, safety and show protocol.
